. Cancellations or reschedules outside of a 72 business hour window require a $50 fee. This is not a deposit and does not go toward the cost of your service. This is to accommodate lost revenue. Cancellations or reschedules within 72-24 business hrs will be automatically charged 50% of the estimated service total. Time of contact will be rounded up. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service total. Please do not call or text. Email only. No shows will be charged in full and banned from booking automatically. 3 reschedules or cancellations in a row will result in the guest being banned from pre booking and possibly not invited to return. Pre-paid appointments may not be moved or cancelled without forfeiting full payment. All services are guaranteed for 7 business days. Changes of mind are not covered in this guarantee, and does not include corrective services. Please remember that I need to be consistent across the board. Emergencies do happen and they can be worked with. Please understand that I am not in a position to determine who's emergency is more important than the other, so please plan accordingly and be respectful when reaching out. Thank you. *While I understand that coming to get your hair done is super exciting and you may wish to take lots of photos/selfies/videos for Reels or Tiktok, please do not photograph or film myself or other clients without consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Please ask each time you wish to film or photograph. That way, we all have fun! *Holiday Addendum* I am a Sole Proprietor. In this economy, it costs more than ever before to provide this space and these services to my guests. Please understand that I am not backed by a corporation and every service matters. No matter how small. It is not out of greed, but pure necessity, that I place these policies into effect. I love my clients like my own family. And I've watched your children grow up, been with you through thick and thin. Please be respectful this holiday season and do everything that you can to keep your appointments. My own holiday with my family depends on my salon books staying intact and reliable. With that said, if you are booked on a holiday week, Thanksgiving Christmas or New Year's, I must insist that any cancellations or reschedules must be paid in full. Our entire industry is built upon the notion that "women" have husbands who share an income. Myself and many others are working to establish labor rights and ethical practices for independent contractors in the salon industry. For whom there are zero labor rights. I'm pleased to announce that Buy Now, Pay Later is nearly available! Upon checkout, you may select Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. This feature will be up and running by May. Some things to bear in mind: All Buy Now Pay Later services will be upcharged 6% to cover the processing cost to me. Please let me know if you will be utilizing this feature prior to checkout. There is a minimum purchase amount of $50. As this is a new feature, there is always the possibility of an issue processing this feature. Please be prepared to pay in full in the event it glitches. I am not in control of this, and my team at Glossgenius can be slow to respond. I will not be able to process any refunds via these apps.
